The art department at Virginia A. Boone Highland Oaks Elementary is among the finest in the county. Our art teacher Mrs. Urbistondo gets the very best from our students. All art work is done during class time once a week. Nothing is ever taken home, so everything that you see in the Highland Oaks Art Gallery is 100% student work.
