Being a Good Reader

I think it's important to be a good reader. The most important reason is if you don't know how to read, everything will be hard. For example, you can't read signs or instructions. Another reason is you could learn new words. For instance, when you read them, you will understand what they say. My final reason is you could learn new things.. For example, you could learn about people in biographies. One day I was going to the library and I found a book of lions. I learned so much about them. These are reasons why it's important to be a good reader. Why do you think it's important to be a good reader?
